Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within [14 or 30 days] of delivery.
To qualify:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Live fish
- Live plants
- Perishable goods
- Custom or special orders
3. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy (For Live Items)
- Clear photos required within [2 hours] of delivery.
- Fish must remain in unopened bag for verification.
- Refund or store credit will be issued after review.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
4. Refunds
Once approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5–10 business days].
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
