1. Returns


We accept returns on eligible items within [14 or 30 days] of delivery.


To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Live fish
  • Live plants
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or special orders

3. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy (For Live Items)

  • Clear photos required within [2 hours] of delivery.
  • Fish must remain in unopened bag for verification.
  • Refund or store credit will be issued after review.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.

4. Refunds


Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5–10 business days].
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
